Service Description

Join Melissa Valentine and Alisha Nissenfeld as they provide a practice to seed new beginnings with a short discussion, a Yoga Nidra practice and a Restorative Practice accompanied by a live gong bath. Afterwards, you are invited to join as a community for tea and light snacks. Space is limited.
