Service Description
Private 1:1 sessions at DYPT offer fully individualized support for your body, mind, and nervous system. These sessions are designed for anyone seeking personalized guidance, whether you are managing pain, navigating stress or life transitions, returning to movement, or deepening an existing practice. Your session may include therapeutic yoga postures, functional movement, breathing practices, guided meditation, and mindful rest, all selected and adapted specifically for you. We take time to understand your goals, health history, lifestyle, and current challenges, ensuring that every element of your session is appropriate, safe, and effective. Education is a key part of the process. You will receive clear instruction on home practices including a video of the practice, movement strategies, and self-care tools that support your progress between sessions. Precautions and contraindications are carefully considered, with modifications provided as needed, so you can practice with confidence and ease. These sessions are collaborative, unhurried, and responsive. Rather than following a fixed formula, we meet you where you are and evolve the work as your needs change, supporting long-term resilience, awareness, and vitality. You may choose to meet virtually or in-person at our studio.
