Book it!

In North Carolina, you do not need a physician's referral for a Physical Therapy visit or evaluation.  Direct access to Physical Therapy means less time off work or recreational activities, quicker recovery, less pain, more convenient times and location, and often, less money out-of-pocket.

We are a fee at time of service clinic. We provide one-on-one, hands-on, specialized physical therapy for at least one full-hour per session without the use of rehab aides or physical therapy assistants. In our experience this is what provides the best results for our clients.  In order to provide this amount of time, one-on-one with a physical therapist, it is necessary that we operate as an out-of-network provider.

This means that your reimbursement for our services is dependent on your policies’ out-of-network coverage for outpatient physical therapy.  For example, if your out-of-network coverage is 80:20, after meeting your out-of-network deductible, you may be reimbursed 80% of our fees that your insurance carrier deems reasonable and customary.

As a courtesy, we provide all necessary diagnosis and treatment billing codes on our receipts and, in some cases, we are able to provide claim forms and assist our clients in completing these forms.   Many of our clients choose not to file their claims but it is your choice.  Often, because of the benefits of getting in to a therapist quickly and the convenience of scheduling, our clients actually save money and time in the long run compared with the traditional path of physician to referral to Physical Therapy Clinic.  Clients seen in direct access, fee-for-service clinics recover more quickly with less visits.
