Discover Yoga & Physical Therapy is a community Yoga studio & Physical Therapy clinic in Cary, NC with classes, workshops and private sessions for all levels and therapeutic needs from beginners to advanced yogis. It is our goal to make sure that every person in our community has a safe and accessible option for experiencing the benefits of yoga and that all who are suffering have access to quality Physical Therapy designed to fit their lifestyle and needs and to help them stay active and healthy without medications, injections or surgery.
Melissa W. Valentine MPT, MPH, C-IAYT, PYT, E-RYT
Melissa W. Valentine is a Professional & Certified Yoga Therapist, Physical Therapist, and Yoga Teacher. Her unique form of teaching blends diverse techniques learned over 25 years of training and hands-on experience treating illness and injury including work as a Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer and Ayurvedic Counselor in addition to Physical Therapy and Yoga.
