Taking the first step toward a healthier life can feel overwhelming when you aren't sure where to start. Our Free 15-Minute Discovery Call is a low-pressure, supportive space designed to help you navigate your options and find clarity.

This work bridges decades of clinical physical therapy with integrative lifestyle medicine, yoga therapy, Ayurvedic medicine and Eastern wisdom. The result is not a program you follow blindly, but a partnership that helps you understand your body, habits, and patterns so you can make skillful, sustainable change. 

Physical therapy at DYPT goes beyond treating isolated injuries or chasing symptoms. We focus on understanding the whole person behind the pain, integrating movement, nervous system regulation, lifestyle factors, and personal goals into care.

We have a full range of customizable classes designed specifically for you or your group.  Private sessions for therapeutic yoga practice, breath retraining, meditation and more.  We also have options for semi-private classes for couples, small friend groups and corporate or large group classes upon request.

DYPT group classes offer a supportive space to slow down, move with intention, and restore balance.  Small class sizes, check-ins and informed hands-on assistance allow for a truly personalized and safe experience even in a group.

Workshops / Retreats

DYPT’s therapeutic workshops and retreats offer immersive experiences designed to support whole-person healing. Through guided movement, breathwork, reflection, and meaningful connection, these gatherings help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and build sustainable tools for well-being. Each experience blends clinical insight with restorative practice, leaving you grounded, empowered, and more connected to your body and life.
