Teen Yoga

Teen Yoga in Cary

This class is for teen boys and girls aged 13-18. The purpose of the class is: build confidence, build body and breath awareness, increase coping skills, increase friendships and, of course, to have fun.   We will practice yoga postures, basic yoga philosophy, breath exercises and concentration techniques.   The class is open for drop-in for any session but will build progressively throughout the summer as appropriate.
