Valentine, PT, MPH, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, this work bridges decades of clinical physical therapy with integrative lifestyle medicine, yoga therapy, Ayurvedic medicine and Eastern wisdom. The result is not a program you follow blindly, but a partnership that helps you understand your body, habits, and patterns so you can make skillful, sustainable change.  Her hallmark is a connect-the-dots approach that helps clients make sense of seemingly unrelated challenges.
